WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RÉALISATION?

Réalisation garments are exclusively available here via our online store, from our London store in Mayfair and through our official TMALL store for our Chinese customers. Réalisation Par garments cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers.
For shipping to international addresses outside of UK, please visit our international website: realisationpar.com or eu.realisationpar.com for shipping to European addresses.

WHERE ARE RÉALISATION PIECES MADE?

Réalisation pieces are designed in-house and then produced by our manufacturing teams in Nanjing, China. Silk has been a specialty fabric of this region for thousands of years and we work with experts in their field. We have a long term relationship with our production factory partners, and their teams are highly skilled and industry specialists. All of our silk pieces are made from 100% silk as it is a natural fibre which is lightweight and versatile, and our prints are Réalisation original designs with each print trademarked to our brand. Our Réal Merch collection is made using 100% cotton for comfort, breathability and ease of wear.

WHAT MAKES RÉALISATION PIECES SPECIAL?

By creating individual pieces rather than collections, we seek to provide you with those special items that we felt were missing from our own wardrobes and put them in to yours. That is the core intent of the brand. We design each piece as an addition to your own personal style and only produce items we really believe in. We are seasonless; we simply make beautiful clothes and ensure that each design is special enough to offer a timeless appeal. We want our pieces to have a permanent place in your wardrobe, and to be worn and loved for many years to come.

Réalisation Par was built on the foundation that a great dress, is always a great dress. And that a great fabric can make a piece not only feel luxurious but it can also be very versatile. That is why we choose to use 100% silk. Our manufacturing partners are specialists with this fabric and are a highly skilled team who bring our visions to life. We design all our prints exclusively in-house, and each print is instantly recognisable and authentically ours. When you wear Réalisation, we want you to feel beautiful, powerful, and confident that you can go anywhere and do anything. You are the Réal deal.

WHAT ARE OUR SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES?

Our fashions are not fast. Réalisation Par is committed to thoughtfully designing and producing seasonless collections that we love and feel will make a wonderful addition to every wardrobe. Our designs are timeless in the aim to help reduce waste and limit overconsumption, and we encourage our customers to care well for their Réalisation pieces so they will get years of enjoyment from them, as we do ourselves. We see each piece as a long-term investment.

Silk and cotton form the core of our collections. These fabrications are versatile and lightweight, breathable and most importantly, comfortable. They are also natural and renewable. Our production partners are highly skilled in their use, and we are proud to have such trusted technicians involved in our process. We have a longstanding relationship with our manufacturers and continue to work with them on sourcing new and sustainable practices in a safe and responsibly managed environment. Our founders make regular visits to ensure that fair working conditions are met for our artisans in their workplace. They are part of our Réal family.

Our facilities are geographically centralised. We choose to centralise both our production and distribution to reduce our carbon footprint, and specifically choose warehouse locations to manage and dispatch your orders that are geographically close to our majority customer base. We will continue to review our logistics pathways to reflect any change in our demographic, and are committed to reducing our footprint and the impact we have on people and the planet.

We give you the choice. To reduce wastage, we have recently taken to approach to offer an eco-conscious choice at the checkout when deciding to receive a free cotton tote with your purchase. We encourage the re-use of any tote you may already have from us before choosing to receive another. With this same ethos, we always encourage purchases of what you will actually wear and truly love. Réalisation is designed to make you feel beautiful and empowered, and if that means wearing the same dress that makes you feel this way for years to come, then we have done our job well.

We are constantly evolving and will continue to strive to be better.

WILL I RECEIVE A FREE TOTE BAG WITH MY PURCHASE?

We have recently changed our ‘tote bag with every order’ gifting program to be more eco-conscious. Plese note, free tote bags are not gifted when purchasing from our London store.

When the totes are in stock online, customers will be provided with an option to add a free tote to their order by selecting ‘Add To Bag’ or the alternative of ‘No Thanks’. If you have been lucky enough to have received a free tote with a previous purchase from us, we encourage you to re-use and continue to love the one you already have.

If the option does not appear in your mini cart when completing your purchase on the website, then the totes are currently out of stock and will be coming back soon. Each Réalisation cotton tote is a limited edition and subject to availability. 

Please note, we do not include Réalisation tote bags with the shipping of exchanges.

What currency do you charge?

All of our products on this website are charged in British Pounds (£GBP). Your credit card or chosen payment method will be charged in £GBP and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, via the Braintree checkout gateway, we also accept Paypal.

Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex cards.

Apple Pay is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Google Pay is also now available for customers with registered accounts. 

Paypal Pay in 4 is available as a Buy Now, Pay Later option in 4 easy interest-free instalments.

London Store Please note the London store only accepts payment via card. We do not currently offer any pay later options in store. No cash payments will be accepted.

Our customer service team is available online 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, and work across different time zones, for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Send us an email at talktomebaby@realisationpar.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes and measuring guide under ‘View Sizing Chart.’ Please keep in mind some of our dress styles are mini, and may not be suitable for customers over 5”9’.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer global shipping to all destinations. However, purchases made via this website can only be shipped to locations within the UNITED KINGDOM. For shipping to Europe please visit our European store eu.realisationpar.com or for international shipping to all other locations please shop our international website at realisationpar.com 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Online Store We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on full price purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy. All online returns need to be shipped to and processed via the online store and UK returns warehouse. Online orders cannot be returned to our London store. Purchases made during promotional periods are only available to exchange or return for store credit. All returns for customers in the United Kingdom can now be sent to our Returns Centre located in the UK. See the Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

London Store Please choose carefully as all returns are subject to credit note or exchange only. Note that London store credit can only be used in store and not transferred to the online store. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase will be required for all returns. Refunds will only be permitted where required by law. All London store returns must be in perfect condition with tags attached and must be processed thorugh the London store and not via our online return channels. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.

Our e-Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online to use in our online store for any amount between £1 - £1000, and are redeemable for 1 year from purchase. Gift vouchers will be sent your giftee via email after you complete the transaction. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used in our London store. Any items purchased using a gift voucher can be exchanged or returned for store credit to be used at a later date via our online store.

CAN I USE MY ONLINE STORE CREDIT OR GIFT VOUCHER IN THE LONDON STORE?

At this time, any store credit issued or gift vouchers purchased online, can only be redeemed via our online store. Any store credit or gift voucher issued or purchased directly from our London store, can only be used for in store purchases.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM(S)?

Each order upon picking and packing prior to dispatch is weighed to confirm inclusion of all ordered items. Upon dispatch the courier confirms weight of the parcel. Réalisation cannot be held responsible for missing items when courier and fulfilment centre confirmed delivery of all ordered items via visual and written confirmation. Please email us straight away at talktomebaby@realisationpar.com so we can review the matter. Claims for reimbursement must be made between the buyer and carrier. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at talktomebaby@realisationpar.com so we can review the matter.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Definitely. All payments processed through our website are made via secure payment gateways and any purchase made from either realisationpar.com, uk.realisationpar.com or eu.realisationpar.com are guaranteed to be authentic.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.

Réalisation cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
